Vincentian Home and Hospital
Fig. 01 - A warm, straightforward site for families comparing rest home and hospital care.

01 · The brief.

Vincentian Home and Hospital needed a website that could answer the first questions families ask when care decisions become urgent: who are you, where are you, what kind of care do you provide, and how do we talk to someone?

The tone mattered as much as the structure. It needed to feel human, steady and easy to trust.

02 · The friction.

Care websites fail when they make people hunt through generic content at a stressful moment:

  • Families need location and contact details immediately.
  • Rest home and hospital care details need to be plain, not buried.
  • Photography and copy must feel authentic rather than decorative.
  • FAQ and gallery content needs to support confidence before enquiry.

03 · The approach.

Put contact in reach. Phone, visit and location cues are surfaced early so families do not have to scan the whole page.

Write with care. The content explains the home in plain language, focusing on quality of life, setting and support.

Let the place show. The visual system makes room for real facility imagery and practical details without over-designing the experience.

04 · The outcome.

The site now gives families a gentler way to understand Vincentian, contact the team and decide whether to visit.
